By accessing or using any NONE services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
NONE provides digital marketing management, checkout optimization, subscription billing infrastructure, and analytics services. Specific deliverables are defined in your individual Statement of Work or Plan Agreement.
Monthly plans are billed in advance on the first of each month. Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance. Late payments may result in service suspension after 14 days.
All creative assets created by NONE remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a perpetual license to use deliverables.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. NONE will provide a transition package within 10 business days of termination.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, billing details), information collected automatically (usage data, IP address, browser type), and information from third-party platforms connected to our services.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with trusted service providers only as necessary to provide our services, and only under strict data processing agreements.

NONE provides results-driven services, and we stand behind the quality of our work. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties.
Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun and work has commenced. If you cancel before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for subsequent months.
Growth and Enterprise clients benefit from our 90-day performance guarantee: if we do not improve your defined primary KPI by at least 15% within 90 days of full launch, we will extend your service by one month at no charge.
